Are all the products manufactured in the UK?
Yes all products are manufactured in Britain to the highest standard and craftsmanship. Most items are handmade using the finest materials and skilled work force.
Once registered will my details be passed on to any other companies?
No, we do not store credit card details or sell, distribute or lease any personal information to third parties.
I’ve forgotten my ‘Sign In’ password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password go to the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right of homepage and then click on ‘Forgotten Password’ and follow the instructions.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items should be in stock unless stated out of stock. If the item you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock then please email us to let us know and we will inform you when the item is due back in stock.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase items from Let It Reign?
No you do not, PayPal processes payments safely without the need for you to create an account with them.
How will I know if you have received my order?
Once your order is received we will send you an order confirmation with your order reference number. This can be used to check your order along the way. Please note your credit card must be approved and details verified before the order is accepted and your item can be shipped.
Will my item come packaged?
Yes most items are sent out wrapped in our luxury packaging or in their original branded packaging from the designer of the ordered product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our secure payment system is provided by Paypal.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all items that are in stock within 48 hours.
My order has not arrived what should I do?
If unfortunately your order does not arrive then please contact email@example.com to inform us. We will check to see if we can trace your order and if lost in transit we will replace the item at no extra cost. To be officially classified as lost by Royal Mail takes 15 days after the date of delivery. If the package has been delivered and signed for at the address specified for delivery then we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your item.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail, take 2-5 days and costs £3.95. For small items such as cards and tea towels we offer standard postage of £1.00.
International delivery costs £30 to the EU and £50 the Rest of the World and will be dispatched by courier. We will contact you with the details of the courier once your order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, although orders must be cancelled before the item has been dispatched, if an order is cancelled after this time you will have to return the item via our returns process. Please check the status of your order online before contacting us.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes all orders must be signed for.
Can I track my order?
You can view your order by simply logging into your account on our website. Once your order has been shipped we will send you confirmation and a tracking number to use to track your delivery.
