How to order

Once you have proceeded to the checkout you can create an account.

Setting up your account

• Begin by signing up, adding an email address and password. You can use these details every time you wish to log in and purchase something from the website.
• Then add your billing address. This is where your credit/debit card is registered.
• Then add your delivery address if different from the above.
• All purchases made are in pounds sterling.
• We accept all major cards. Your card will be debited at the time of purchase when payment is taken through the secure Internet system provided by Paypal.
• Once your order is received we will send you an order confirmation with your order reference number. This can be used to check your order. Please quote this reference if you should need to contact us. Your credit card must be approved and details verified before the order is accepted and your item can be shipped. The contract between us will not exist until payment has been received and the order confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you and offer a full refund.
