In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Definitions
Customers or visitors to this website are referred to as “you.” Let It Reign is referred to as “us,” “our” or “we.”
Orders and Payment
For all orders we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Only orders with this information will be processed. We also require a contact telephone number. This will enable us to reach you if there is a problem with your order. This information may need to be passed on to a courier or other agent if they need to contact you regarding delivery or processing of your order. Please contact us if you do not wish these details to be passed on.
Once you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order along with an order number. Once payment is received the contract between Let It Reign and yourself begins. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- The product ordered becomes unavailable from stock
- We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- We are unable to deliver to your area
- There is an error with pricing information on listed item or product description
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you and offer you a full refund for that item. If there are any other problems with your order we will contact you either by email or phone. Let It Reign’s acceptance brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right to reject any order by you at any time.
Gift Vouchers
Let It Reign vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Purchases of Let It Reign vouchers are non refundable. Gift Vouchers can only be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. Let It Reign is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not. Gift Vouchers are only valid with a unique serial number given and for 12 months from date of purchase. All refunds/exchanges of goods purchased with these vouchers will be made in accordance with our refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and in GBP (£). All purchases made from overseas will be charged in GBP, any transaction fees that are added by your card company are not our responsibility. All prices payable for products that you order and the method of payment is as set out on the Website. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and product and price information without any notice being given.
Consumer Rights
You may cancel your contract with Let It Reign for the products you order within 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to cancel your order prior to the order being dispatched please contact support@letitreign.co.uk. If an order is cancelled after this time you will have to return the item via our returns process.
Payment
To make a purchase you understand and confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. You will only register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information. You will only use our website if you are over 18 years old.
Postage
All items ordered within the UK will be posted by Royal Mail and may require a signature. We aim to ship deliveries once payment is received and accepted within 48 hours.
For international deliveries we use a courier service and will notify you on the details before the item is dispatched. Please note you may be liable for payment of import taxes and duties for deliveries outside the EU. It is your liability to pay any applicable charges to the relevant local authority.
We advise that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.
If unfortunately your order does not arrive then please contact support@letitreign.co.uk to inform us. We will check to see if we can trace your order and if lost in transit we will replace the item at no extra cost. To be officially classified as lost by Royal Mail takes 15 days after the date of delivery. If the package has been delivered and signed for at the address specified for delivery then we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your item.
Returns
You can exchange or return your item free of charge within 14 days of receipt within the UK. All international returns must be paid for by the customer. For returns to be accepted you must comply with the following:
- The item must be returned within the 14 days of receipt. Items shipped after this time cannot be accepted.
- The item is dispatched in perfect condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn or are damaged.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
Items we cannot refund:
- We cannot refund earring due to health and safety issues but this is stated on the product page.
- We cannot return sale items.
To arrange a return contact support@letitreign.co.uk to inform us first. You will be sent a returns form and given a returns number once you have contacted us. You must fill out the returns form and return the item to us. You must ensure you get a proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage of goods in transit. We usually process a refund or exchange within 3 working days of receipt of your return. All refunds will be credited back to the same card items were purchased on.
Faulty Items
All items are checked before delivery to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition but if for any reason they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing fault you are required to contact us immediately within 48 hours and we will arrange an exchange or repair.
Order Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled before the item has been dispatched, if an order is cancelled after this time you will have to return the item via our returns process.
Please note we cannot refund the postage if you choose to return an item unless it is faulty.
Copyright
All photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations and text used in conjunction with any media from Let It Reign, in particular the website contents, are subject to copyright. Any unauthorised copying will constitute an infringement of copyright. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of our site solely in connection with the acquisition of goods and/or services through our site. Any other use of materials on our site (including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above and alteration, modification, distribution, or republication) without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all notices from you to us must be made by email to support@letitreign.co.uk, and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure as regards the delivery of products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, and other industrial disputes, breakdown or systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Indemnity
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of Let It Reign’s Privacy Policy.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Products to you by us. No verbal statement should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or a representation about the nature or quality of any products offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
